KATHLEEN TAYLOR, Candidate for:
Oregon State Representative - District 41
Milwaukie, Oak Grove, and Southeast Portland
Ballots are here...
I can't believe it. I started this campaign in early March of this year, and here we are in the final days before ballots are counted. The first days of the campaign were hectic and a whirlwind. My family has spent many nights having dinner without me while I've canvassed around the district, knocking on doors, introducing myself and hearing about what issues are important to my neighbors in Sellwood, Milwaukie, Oak Grove, Hector Campbell, and all the corners of the district. Thank you to everyone who welcomed me at your doorstep and shared your stories with me. Thanks to the volunteers and supporters who've helped get the word out about me and my campaign. I've been humbled by the commitment of friends, family, community members and strangers who have put their support behind me.
I hope I have earned your trust in me to preserve the unique beauty and legacy of Oregon while working to help our vulnerable citizens, to encourage business and innovation, and to ensure a strong educational foundation for futures to come.
Don't forget to vote by November 4!
Kathleen Taylor is running for State Representative in Oregon's House District 41 because she believes the Oregon Legislature needs to focus on what matters most: Oregon needs to restore the full school year and reduce class sizes by hiring more teachers. Working to achieve these goals will be her top priority. Kathleen has earned the endorsements of Governor John Kitzhaber, Governor Barbara Roberts, HD 41's Representative Carolyn Tomei, the Oregon League of Conservation Voters, and many others.
