KATHLEEN TAYLOR, Candidate for:
Oregon State Representative - District 41
Milwaukie, Oak Grove, and Southeast Portland
I want to thank the Democratic voters of House District 41 for placing their trust in me to be their candidate for State Representative. I look forward to the opportunity to tackle the important issues that face Oregon and that have defined my campaign.
I want to thank my family, volunteers and donors and my campaign staff for their support, which made this victory possible. This was a tough race and I am proud that we won with hard work and honesty. I also want to thank Rep. Carolyn Tomei for her many years of service and for her mentorship.
Kathleen Taylor is running for State Representative in Oregon's House District 41 because she believes the Oregon Legislature needs to focus on what matters most: Oregon needs to restore the full school year and reduce class sizes by hiring more teachers. Working to achieve these goals will be her top priority. Kathleen has earned the endorsements of Governor John Kitzhaber, Governor Barbara Roberts, HD 41's Representative Carolyn Tomei, the Oregon League of Conservation Voters, and many others.
